Using technical expertise and a customer service attitude, the Application Engineer works with current or potential customers to conduct hands-on experiments and demonstrations to explore the use of Pulse Forge tools and performance of Metalon conductive inks. This interaction may include travel to customer sites to transfer knowledge and train customers in the safe and efficient use of Pulse Forge equipment. To prepare the Application Engineer for research and customer contact, an initial period of mentoring is utilized to help gain knowledge and confidence more quickly.
